My name is Michele—I will also respond to Shelma. I’m a human from Southern California. I initially had some really grand plans for this website, but after years of, well, not executing on them, I’ve decided to make this a useful page. I’m going to catalog my food here for friends and family. It’s all vegetarian, probably some are vegan.
During the early days of the pandemic, I used Instagram to catalog these recipes almost obsessively alongside rambling captions and snapshots of my daily life at the time. That’s why a lot of the food pics have the arrows/carousel locations you might see on IG. These posts are tagged here as #instagramarchives, so my followers on IG will be able to go back through my feed to find these if they are really that motivated. I will not be reposting the full reflections here because I’m lazy but also because there’s too much contextualization needed for them to make sense, and I don’t actually want to share that much. 😳
